I want to buy 2024 Starbucks Korea mug white and blue gradient SS Tumbler 591ml W/ Topper gift and find a really good deal, but not sure if it's legit... the price is US 29.99, but it's cheaper now US 20.99 (I don't knwo when this ends tho), and on seller profile page it says that seller sold 255 products and have 26 feedbacks, 23 positive, 1 neutral and 2 negative, and the negative feedbacks were probably from same buyer since both feedbacks say same thing that ""forgot" they are out of stock." The seller is member since: 03-Apr-24 in Hong Kong. Do you think this is legit? It says that the seller usually replied in 24 hours, and I contacted seller if there is still stock and seller replied within 24 hours. But when I contacted again if I can most likely get the product by estimated delivery date, and if I will be provided by tracking nunber, he didn't reply me till now...
This produce is refund guaranteed, but I am still worried...Also, I want to make sure if that refund protection is available until 30 days from purchase or 30 days from estimated delivery date?
Thank you!!

if you pay with Paypal or credit card you will have 6 months protection during which time you can get your money refunded for item not received or item not as described. If you pay with your bank account or debit card then you will only have Ebay's 30 day guarantee to protect you.
Be advised that Canada Post has just issued a 72 hour stirke notice. As a result there will be NO incoming mail or packages from outside of Canada that are being delivered via the postal system until the labour dispute with CP is resolved. So check to see how the seller is shipping the item to you. If by postal system you could see very long delays in receiving it.

As a relative new buyer as well -- If you decide to buy the item and the item is not delivered by the estimated delivery date (assuming that Canada Post does not go on strike) - first send a message to the seller to see if they respond - if they don't respond within lets say 24 hours of message then put in a "Item not received" claim with ebay and let them deal with issue.

I already placed an order... but the problem that I am having right now is that seller replies but only replies with "okay". Seller said that he can ship within 3 days and takes approximately 12 days max to arrive, but it's past three days, but the shipping information still says paid, and I cannot see any tracking information. So, I contacted seller that if he/she already shipped, please update the tracking information, but seller only replies "okay"... so I asked "have you shipped my order?" , the seller still replies okay, I said if you shipped my order, please let me know, seller only answers okay, I am very doomed. So, even if product doesn't arrive, I have feeling that he/she will only say okay. In this situation my product will be refunded right? I can just submit the application or whatever to ask for refund right because seller is not solving the problem? If this still count as replying and refund is rejected, it is just a whole scam play.

If you've placed the order and just paid you may be able to ask to cancel the order if it's not shipped but the seller may say they have already shipped it. They may not even be using a shipping method with tracking (especially if shipping is free or cheap) and they are hoping for the best that it will arrive. If it doesn't arrive by the estimated delivery date you can open an Item Not Received Case but would have to wait for that time to pass. The seller is probably saying "okay" to everything as he does not speak English (well) and maybe doesn't know how to set up the translate but does know okay often calms people down.
I've bought/sold on eBay for many years and to date the only items not received were from China. I don't think they are necessarily trying to scam, I think they are hopeful packages will still arrive even with low cost shipping (sometimes they still do!) but as furgua has mentioned, the postal strike here will make that even more complicated.
Though you may have to wait to get your money back if not received, you still will as long as you submit claim within alotted time. If this goes back to November 12 (when you posted here) it would probably be too late to cancel the order.
