A while ago, I posted on here about a package that was marked as delivered and picked up by someone in carol stream IL. Ebay said it was lost, and refunded me. I just got a notice from Canada post this morning that said "lost" package will be delivered in a few days. What should I do in this situation?

Enjoy your gift!
The seller isn't out anything for the refund; eIS takes the heat and there's no mechanism in place to reimburse it in these situations.

picked up by someone in carol stream IL.
The "person" was an employee of the eBay International Shipping program, accepting the shipment along with hundreds of others at the loading dock of the eIS plant.
Ebay said it was lost, and refunded me.
If the last estimated date for delivery (to you) had not passed you should not have been able to open a Claim.
If the last date had passed, the shipment was delayed and eIS was taking responsibility for their poor service, by refunding you in full.
