i don t understand yesterday i bought with my bank attached to my paypal account. Smooth transaction. Want to pay later an another item ebay give me this error

Most likely:

eBay computers had problems connecting to the PayPal system.

Solution: Try again later

...

Least likely:

Some USA sellers are currently in an ebay payment beta test and PayPal is not available as a payment choice during early testing.

When that happens, on almost any website, I close the site, count to ten and then reopen the site (not from my History).

Most glitches are over in seconds, a few in minutes.

The one I see most lately, is "Canada Post is too busy right now". That one is usually just a back button and try again immediately.

I'm pretty impatient.

Was there any message about pop-up blockers? or adblockers?  Sometimes those affect a page loading.

answer nothing at all so BRAVO 😄
