Can you rephrase the question? Are you saying you bid on an item that's now been removed?

Or that you received an item that looks as if it's not as described?

if it is from your 1 feedback, they have sold 10's of thousands of phones, and not one feedback claims fake phone, if you think it is fake, you need to contact your seller, and explain your concerns with them first.. if that doesn't bring you satisfaction, you have other options, but first contact your seller.

You make a very good point. That seller is based in Canada with 100 per cent 16000+ count feedback and no feedback received as a seller to indicate anything they send is a knock-off. Even their neutrals are far from damning.

To the Original Poster: If you are unsatisfied, open a Return request. A claim the item is 'counterfeit' will have to be supported by some kind oft third-party evidence, I suspect. Talk to your seller first. He or she may have a solution for you.

Or is THAT feedback from the item you say is missing on another thread despite tracking saying it was delivered? We cannot give you adequate advice without more information.
