bought iPhone 6 screen back on May 02, 2020 from this seller, work OK up until last week went to bed and next day screen would not respond at all just black, his ad stated LIFETIME WARRANTY on all parts sold but refuses to replace my screen under a false PHYSICAL DAMAGE loophole he hides behind, this phone is mint no scratches, cracks at all and never dropped. Sent pics and nothing came of it. According to him just installing the screen is considered physical damage as it is Void after install, hahaha what a joke.

I'd never trust a "lifetime" parts warranty for an Apple product that only gets a one year Apple warranty when new.

Most warranties come from the manufacturer, although they are sometimes processed through an accredited retailer.
If your seller is not an accredited retailer, his "lifetime warranty" is meaningless.
For 30 days from delivery you were covered by eBay's Money Back Guarantee. However, that ended sometime in June.
You are however, covered by Paypal's Buyer Protection policy.
You have 180 days from Purchase (in May) to open a Not As Described dispute.
The PP Resolution is at the top of your PP account page under Tools.
Unfortunately, PP insists that the Buyer must pay for tracked return shipping. If the seller is in the USA or overseas this may be expensive.

This is a tradeoff. EBay will insist the seller pay for return shipping in some cases, but only for a month from delivery.
When the tracking shows delivery, you will be refunded.
But keep an eye on this. You may have to report delivery to PP and ask for your refund if the seller does not refund promptly and voluntarily.
You may also be covered by the chargeback policy of the credit card I hope you use to back your PP account. Card policies differ.
According to him just installing the screen is considered physical damage
Uh oh.
You removed the screen that you were sent and replaced it?
The seller wins.
It may not be considered 'damage' , but it means you cannot return the phone in the same condition you received it. And that is where your case for a refund fails.
Buyers have lost Not As Described cases, because they bought a used garment, and washed it before trying it on, only to discover unmentioned damage. The washing changed the garment enough to lose the claim. EBay and Paypal are pretty firm about this.
Try Paypal anyway.
Just don't get your hopes up.
And in future, buy from accredited dealers or refurbishers.

"You removed the screen that you were sent and replaced it?
The seller wins."
He may have meant, that the seller says he can't fix it because in order for him (the seller) to fix it he would have to remove the screen, voiding the warranty. His little circular logic loophole.

I'd never trust buying a new phone from a seller on eBay, period, let alone any far fetched warranty.

Well, like I said, I'd never trust buying a NEW phone from eBay, at a new phone price, with exaggerated warranty. Used, refurbished, major discount? sure, this is why we come to eBay. It's the hard to find, junk dealer corner of the market. Eyes wide open.

..why did you not go to your Apple Store and get it repaired, you can afford the "Product" but not the costs top repair it, so you purchased "Countfieft" parts from China?
You voided any warranty on the original phone as soon as you opened it and put this "fake" part, lesson learned.
I think the OPer purchased a replacement screen not a refurbished phone...
