Tech issues. Links to check sellers items not working on PC.

Just spotted this issue today. The links to check a sellers store listings are not working.

Same results using link in discussion area.

In both cases you just get a blank screen. No hovering that it is searching for destination. From other sellers testing app appears to be working fine. Clearing cache and cookies still gives same lack of results. Visit store works fine but not applicable for sellers without stores so they would be in the lurch. Same non results when testing a non store. 

Nothing noted in current alerts on dot com. There appears to be no info on closed/resolved tech issues any long. And dot ca does not have a similar view or known open or closed issues. 

Note: Above links load fine by substituting  com vs ca

I noted this event to last night. Ebay.com worked fine .ca has issues across the board -mobile - mobile desktop view and PC. Tried them all and got this meta nonsense blank screen.

Hoping someone from the dot com board spots my tag on it. They may just work 10-2 Monday to Thurs. Not sure.

I'm having the same problem.  On Firefox, the tab doesn't show the name of the page, it says <meta name="google-site-verification .....  If you hover over the tab, you get a huge swath of web code.  The same thing happens on multiple computers and multiple browsers.  This only affects the lists of all items from a seller.  Individual items work fine.

If you refresh the page often enough, it will eventually work.  You may have to try 20 or more times.

I've tried paging eBay for help via Facebook. Still waiting on response. Very frustrating for ca sellers AND buyers. It's going on 24 hours for this issue.

Thanks for the heads up lotz! Someone bought two items from me this morning so I thought everything was fine but I just did a check here and you are right "See sellers other items" brings blank white page up on the computer version. My phone/app version works normally and shows everything okay, just seems to be problem on desktop version (at least for me).

Same problem here, both Firefox and Safari - think it has been this way for several days.

I'm sure ebay  will compensate us for this situation.  😘

I was able to contact eBay support via facebook and passed on the issue. They are now looking into it. Unfortunately all they know is it will be resolved "as soon as possible". I was not able to get an alert number to reference. I was going to ask about compensation but they poofed before i had a chance. The ebay version of que sera sera!!!

I noticed this issue a day or so ago, I also noticed if you hover over the tab in a broswer (I use foxfire) all this garbages comes up vs it just saying soemthing like "ebay seller x's store" or "Seller hub" or whatever page your trying to view

I tried it from home and at work on many ebay.ca Ebay stores and get the same just about every time. The site is completely broken and has been broken now since Thursday night or Friday morning. I get teh same thing too ... mata tags only .and a balnk page. It onyl seems to work on Ebay.com .. which means my sales can't happen very often. I had 3 small sales in 4 days which means i'm at the point of losing money now on Ebay.. Plese get this fixed asap .... because I depend on these sales to get me through the week. I was starting to have good sales ..... now barely othing. Too long like this and Ebay is going to lsoe a crazt amount of money when most of the sales in Canada becomes almost non-existanct.

Enay prlease fix this asap. Also please fix my contact us page so I can contact Ebay if i'm having issues. That's been borkne for almost a year and a half now.

Com and app seem to be working fine. Did find 1 more link with the same issues.

Contact member works. View items for sale does not. Unfortunately majority of my sales as of late have all been Canadian buyers.

@gauld  To help get this resolved quicker best would be to contact customer service/Facebook/Twitter and report mentioning it is a dot ca PC issue.

Not sure how hard someone is going to try looking if they find a blank page, however I noticed if you click on the actual seller name it still shows the "All items" summary page at least (phew) that is on desktop on .ca.

The "See All" link on a sellers store also appears to be broken. That one is actually much more serious.
