Just a reminder but the eBay Calculator tool that was rolled out several years ago (eBay Labels Fedex May 2023/UPS Nov 2023) for ca users was never completed/fully updated on the Canadian website (The tool did work fine on dot com but appears to now be only partially functional.)

Fedex works for Canada but with only 2 services. It does not display services to the USA. UPS was never added to the tool. Expedited and Xpresspost are missing to the USA with Canadapost. Note: CP and Fedex/UPS as far as I know require zipcodes to be fully functional to work for US quotes. Currently it only asks for country. Also an addon for insurance was never included. See comparison screenshot attached. Originally there was disclaimer from eBay regarding home pick up/deliver being waived and maybe even customs processing(when applicable) being built in but unable to confirm now.

Was eBay only able to negotiate rates for basic services?
For sellers that use flat rate shipping this tool needs to be fully functional. It should also be in working order for sellers using calculated shipping so they could test as a stand alone tool.
