Accepted this offer.
After some time, listed a few items in one of the categories

But under "Used Left" -

My eBay: All Selling / Promotional Offers

it still says "0 1000" a day later.

Should the items be showing in this count?

Anyone try listing in this promo? Is it showing in the count?

Or is it one where it shows when the item sells?

It is my understanding that the quantity changes when an item sells under the conditions of the promo.

As has been said, those types of promos sometimes don't change at the counter until it sells. Although not with the 1,000 listings ones, that's more of a final value fee promo technique. Hmmm.

Did you doublecheck that the items have been listed on the site to which it was offered? It's not only seller-specific but also site-specific. Also they may disallow relisted items, can you share the terms and which offer this was?

Edit: I wish my autocorrect could leave words like 'relisted' and 'delisted' alone. It's not 'relishes' or 'delish'.

Offered on ebay.ca, accepted on .ca, terms are for .ca or french .ca.

they were new items, not re-lists. and i see "Active" in green.

You'll see the count change when the item sells. You only see the count change when you list if the promo is for free listings..this one is for a discount on fvf so it doesn't count until the item sells. I can't see your listings so I'm assuming that you listed on those particular categories.
