Promo starts Monday August 4th and runs until the 8th. It appears that you can list fixed price in most of the previously restricted categories. These are the only restricted ones. eBay Motors Passenger Vehicles, Motorcycles, Boats, Power Sports, Other Vehicles, Motors Local Market, Real Estate, and Classified Ad listings.

another contradiction or not, There are total exclusions and then there are category limits and item limits. You figure it out. I got the invite on my account that I can list 200 items on..

I don't have any selling limits........or least I have never seen them. Does everyone have a sell limit? On this promo I intend to list all 15,000. Half as a 3 day and then 30 for the balance after the 3 day ends. I also do not see any category restrictions other than the ones I listed above.

I did not get the invitation but it does not mean I am not eligible. Same for all of you.

Check your "selling manager" tomorrow (once the promotion becomes effective) under "Promotional Offers" (right panel) and it may be there!

I didn't get it either. Listed something after 10 PM Pacific time and I didn't get it. Oh well, it's pretty slow right now hard to get motivated. Maybe next time.

According to the info, you have to activate it first. Check your my ebay page or selling manager to see if you are invited and you can activate it from there.

It is your choice, if invited, to list 5, 50, 500, 5,000 or whatever number of listings for "free".

Personally I expect to relist 100 to 150 items. It is all good!

I noticed a typo.......in the first sentence it reads both auction-style and fixed format.
