It's been a few months since I acquired an eBay store, and in that time I've come across two problems:
1. I've deleted and rebuilt my eBay store categories in my quest to create a manageable and clear list for customers to browse. Problem is after I delete the whole list and shuffle all listed items to the titled "other" category, It refuses to allow me to create new categories. The reason I'm given is my requests must be processed. That takes anywhere from 2-3 days.
2. The worst problem is I click on a main category in my store and it only reveals 1 sub-category. It refuses to allow the other categories and the rest of the sales merchandise to be displayed.
Are these existing problems for other sellers? Am I wasting my time & moneywith an eBay store?
