Another combined shipping invoice problem

So I got a request from a Canadian buyer for a combined shipping invoice. When I click on "send invoice" I can only get International rates. I have tried to change it, but there is no way. The only options are also USPS. Address is clearly marked "Canada"

Re: Another combined shipping invoice problem

Aren't you listing on .com?   Unless you are trying to use calculated shipping which you can't do on .com, I don't know why you would be asked for your state and zip.    The listings that I looked at show that you use 'international standard' to Canada so yes..on .com, Canada is considered international.  Since you are just using a flat rate you should be able to just change the total shipping on the invoice.  What happens when you do that?

Re: Another combined shipping invoice problem

If the listing the buyer is asking about is on dotCOM, you will only have USPS rates to work with.

You can however use https://www.canadapost-postescanada.ca/information/app/far/business/findARate?execution=e1s1  to work out the cost and post that as a Flat Rate.

If the listing is on dotCA but the buyer is asking from dotCOM, swich over to dotCA and you should be able to get a Calculated Rate from there.

If there is one listing on dotCOM and another on dotCA, you can't combine them, but you can reduce the asking price for one so that the total of that item (price +shipping) and the total of the other (price+ shipping) come to a reasonable value.

Re: Another combined shipping invoice problem

I know what the combined postage is, the problem is that I can't change it on the request for combined shipping for 3 items, all on .com. I just tried to change to a different shipping but then I am asked for my state and zip code! We are both in Canada so it should not be coming up as International shipping and it seems they are thinking I am in the US.
