Am I the only one who goes to visit the Canadian eBay Shipping Supplies store and find they have no inventory? I had an item in my cart but it is now unavailable. Used contact seller button a few days ago but have not heard back.
Has anyone heard anything from anyone higher up as to what is happening?

If I was a cynic, then maybe...........they are offering less choice in the hopes that out of frustration, sellers will simply not utilize their coupons/as much, therefore, well........ you know.
If I was a cynic.

Hi @emilyandpamela - that's an odd one to be sure!
I've gotten this escalated for review, hoping to get some answers quickly.
I'm wondering if they're doing some maintenance or updating listings and accidentally ended their items for sale instead.
Either way, keep an eye out on their store page!

Taking every item out of the store certainly achieves that lol

@fashionoutletdeal
Has some cheap (as in free) eBay supplies she wants to be rid of.
The post was made a day or so ago here.

Is there an update on this issue with the eBay Shipping Supplies Store (for Canadians) closing?
Has the US store closed as well?

Did Tyler address this during the weekly chat at all? I couldn't find it if he did.
Is the US store closed as well? Seems odd that they'd issue coupons and then close the store without a word about it.
Tyler?

Thank you, but it looks like he doesn't know any more than we do................ and that seems odd as well, or am it the only one who cares?
For the first time there's something I'd really like to order.

Not really, eBay.CA does not own or run the store.
I checked the store seller of the supplies and their US store side is also empty.

Howdy everyone -
Just an update that this is still something we're looking into and working on a solution for.
Thanks!

Perfect opportunity to consider implementing a direct eBay store credit (option?) as opposed to coupons for stuff that may or may not be needed.

There hasn't been anything available on the eBay Shipping Supplies store for a couple weeks. I am running out of envelopes and am pretty disappointed that I have a coupon with no product to buy.

eBay moved the shipping supplier into its managed payment system...
If that's true, then that means NO SHIPPING to Canada -- one of the beta test restrictions for managed payments.

I think I may have mentioned I would happily accept a direct credit to my eBay account in the sum of $35 per month ($140 per quarter) than the current $210 (per quarter) coupon for supplies I neither need, nor want. OK, OK, $30 per month ($120 per quarter) . Deal?
