I've got only one stuck at the border, it's a Canadian token I sold Sunday, buyer paid Monday, dropped it off at Stallion yesterday. It's showing in the USPS tracking as with partner facility (Stallion in this case), so the buyer will know it's shipped and I can sit tight and wait.
Stallion and Chit Chats have said there will be a 1-2 day delay as they try to clear packages across the border. They are trying to clear the China/HK stuff as well for customers instead of sending them back. I read in this forum DYK is sending packages back.
I'm not really opposed to tariffing China (obvious reasons, they are a threat to locally produced goods), but it's kind of annoying that coins, banknotes and stamps will have to pay a duty, when none of those threaten any other industry. Perhaps there will be a list of exempted items, we shall see.

The description for 9704.00 suggests used stamps are included?
'Postage or revenue stamps, stamp-postmarks, first-day covers, postal stationery (stamped paper) and the like, used or unused, other than those of heading 4907'

I had the wrong code initially, there's another code for stamps that have monetary value, and I thought that meant unused postage (and used postage was something else). I've corrected my list to use 9704 for my postage stamps.

Anyone with packages stuck at the border?
No, nothing. All my shipments passed through customs within 24 hours and headed to their destinations.

@sin-n-dex 4907 is the "postage" category, ie stamps still of postal use in that country.
So theoretically USA MNH stamps going to the US should be 4907, whilst MNH stamps of Canada going to the US should be 9704 (because the MNH Canadian stamps can't be used in the US).
I'll admit that I'm usually lazy and just call everything 9704.00 (or I guess 9704.00.00.00 now).

I rarely ever have unused US postage... I tend to not deal too much in US coins and stamps unless they're part of a bigger collection or I get something that's a bit better than average for collections. Most stamps I deal in are used, and I tend to focus on Canada and British Colonies.

Some countries buyers care a lot, Switzerland has no duties etc for Switzerland postage so it very much matters to them to use the correct postage code if it's being sent to them....
