Beyond exhausting......ANOTHER glitch......can't mark items as shipped

i just marked an item as shipped but it won't register on Ebay anywhere.  Seller Hub still shows me with one item to ship and when i go the Manage Orders page it shows that the item still needs to be shipped,  no matter how many times i mark it as shipped.

 

It will never stop, gang.

This is happening to me as well.

Shipped yesterday but shows up today in the 'awaiting shipment' overview.

Then it disappears, then it comes back.

The phone reps have a terrible reputation for getting you off the phone as soon as possible even if that means giving you the advice you want to hear instead of the advice you need to have.

The social media Chat accounts are covered by trained eBay employees with some authority.
And you get a transcript so you can compare what you heard with what you were told.
 

Is your shipment likely to be overdue in the next 48 hours? Or are you willing to give it a little time to settle down?

You might also add the date and tracking number of the shipment to your Feedback to the customer.

It might also be left as a Response to your own feedback to the buyer.

Or send that information as a Message noting that you are having some problems with recording but that you expect it to solve itself quickly.
