Buyer Purchased item but put wrong address (middle of nowhere) now want's me to reship

Buyer want's me to re-ship to an address that's a random buisness & not a residential area. The first address was also a random none residential area.

the item got sent back to me & I'm wondering because this buyer has no reviews & just made there account should I bother resending it or should i cancel & refund?

Also if I do I'll have to spend another 15$ on shipping that I most likely won't get back?

Re: Buyer Purchased item but put wrong address (middle of nowhere) now want's me to reship

EBay does not require a seller to refund when the purchase is returned as Undeliverable.

I would explain this to the buyer, refund his Purchase Price but not the shipping, and Block him.

I saved this from a similar question:

UNDELIVERABLE ITEMS

This is the part I'm referring to

Exclusions and special coverage when the buyer doesn't receive an item

Items collected by a third party on behalf of the buyer

Not covered

The buyer arranged their own shipping method, such as a courier pickup

Not covered

The buyer provided an invalid or incorrect address at checkout

Not covered
I don't know how to do screenshots.  There is a LOT of information on that page.

He can leave Feedback.

You can Respond to FB, although it is not usually a Good Idea'

Provided not one but two Undeliverable addresses. Purchase price refunded.

He can continue to leave Messages even though Blocked, because there has been a transaction.

In some cases what you are seeing with Google maps are addresses that have not been recently mapped. As for the work address, your buyer may just prefer having shipped to work so they know they will receive it.

You could refund as per the other responses holding back the original shipping and then relist. They could repurchase with the correct shipping address and then you wouldn't be out anything except the original eBay FVF's.

This way you would be sure to be shipping to their correct ebay address as this wasn't your mistake. Your call.
