A buyer contacted me and said she was unable to accept the offer I sent her. She said that it takes her to the "make a counteroffer box". And when she does enter the same amount, she gets the message "You must accept or decline the last counteroffer, or wait for the offer to expire before submitting another offer".
I had another offer the same day, and when I sent a counteroffer, the buyer just bought at full price. I think he ran into the same problem, but didn't contact me.
Any idea why this is happening tyler@ebay

Do you have Blocks on buyers with UID Strikes? Is she in a country you don't ship to?
She can see your listing, made an Offer, you counter-offered, and now she can't accept the counter?
You could try making a Sell Similar listing, using her name as the title and your counter-offer as the price.
I know workarounds should not be needed, but....

If the customer decides she doesn't like your counteroffer, she has to decline it, after which she is invited to make a counter-counter offer.
Basically, it sounds as if your customer didn't want to accept your counter -offer and gave up too soon.

No, that is not it. She was not able to purchase it at all.

I just checked my buyer preferences, and she was indeed blocked in September for too many unpaid items. But it doesn't explain how she was able to send an offer and is now blocked (in October). Oh well, she did not contact me again or tried to send another offer when the first one expired. Thanks for your help!
