I Will only be selling Locally from time to time since I have 50 free listings, at the beginning to avoid most of the fees. But the final value fees. Can I pay them with a prepaid gift card does anyone know? Thanks. And sorry for any punctuation and spelling issues. This keyboard doesn't help. Not that I'm illiterate or anything.

I'm not sure. This is what ebay says you can use to pay:
It's on your Account Activity page. I don't really know if the pre-paid credit cards are treated like regular credit cards on checkout. Another user will be able to help, I'm sure.

ebay 'announced' it would accept payment via pre-paid credit cards way back in 2013 but that looks like an announcement targeted to buyers. I would expect it would include payments from sellers but maybe there is only one way to find out unless you can connect with another seller who's paid their fees this way.

I really don't know and I suspect you won't know until you try to make an one-time payment with it. Pick a small amount to test before your fees are actually due so that you have time to figure out another payment method if you need to do that. One-time doesn't mean you're only allowed to do it once, it means you're not setting it up.
And paypal accounts are free.
