Can't get into "Shipping Preferences" since yesterday

As I mentioned in a separate thread I've been regularly having to go into shipping preferences to reset all my excluded countries because the sell similar glitch doesn't always populate them correctly.

Since yesterday I'm getting the "Its not you its us" message saying their server is down.

I'm getting the same message on either .COM or .CA from the direct way of trying to open it  from the account, and other ways via other screens.

I don't see anything else that doesn't work in the account settings.

Using Chrome.

Checking to see if anyone else has this problem or not before I call it in....

Hmm here's one that I went to revise and I don't know what it was before I revised it but after revising it has the wrong exclusions again. Here's the item number: 384707837682

OK so I've been able to prove that in addition to this problem being with sell similar, and relist, I can see that REVISING an item bears the risk of zapping the excluded countries.

This item: 3360102305922 is currently ok, but if go to revise it, it will drop to the incorrect countries list (I can see what it is going to use in the revise the item screen).

Several others I tested were ok, so this appears to be intermittent as well.

No have always used metric. I find that easier when it comes to measuring size to a "T"  Canada Post requires.  I haven't had any problems in the last 2-3 weeks so yes lets hope that its resolved. Would need to go through every listing to make sure.

Hi @ricarmic! Thank you for providing all of the examples and item numbers as well. I will be sure to create a ticket and have this sent over to the tech team. If they need anything else I will be sure reach out.

I ship to only USA and Canada so never really have any issues as to what eBay may "think" I want for my shipping preferences...I rarely ever check as I have shipping entered for only Canada and USA so "eveywhere else" matters not....

For the sake of this thread, I just checked my shipping preferences a moment ago =  shows everything checked for " the regions or countries you don't ship to", except for USA, which is what it should be...

BTW,I use Firefox..

I use the new listing form as little as possible, as I still use a "work-around" that takes me to the old listing form...

devon@ebay  I already have a ticket open for this, it is SR 1-455256090053

Unfortunately the items in that ticket (it was opened a many days ago and I gave up waiting to hear back) are all fixed because I just have gotten the habit of using the shipping preferences to fix them all each time after I list items....so I have none that are in error at the moment. I'm listing some now, will advise number if one of them fails....

This a post from dot com. It could be a case of buyers changing their location when they search or part of the same problem.

"I received an offer from a person located in Mexico.  I have international shipping turned off and all the blocks  checked for good measure.  I am not bothered by selling to them, but I am not sure if the shipping will correct itself and charge them the difference.  I don't want to get stuck with extra shipping and fees.  Also, If I don't know it, I could end up with a situation where they want to return an item and me having that expense as well.  Please advise how to handle any offers from someone out of the USA, and do any of you know why I am receiving it?"
