I'm trying to add new listings to our eBay CA store, but for some reason, the part where you add the photos just have a green circle going around like its loading. I thought maybe I was experiencing slow network connection, but I tried it on eBay US and AU, and everything was working fine.
I've been having this problem for some time now, therefore I can not add new listings. Has anyone else experienced this problem? If so, what are the possible issues?
I thought about contacting their help desk, but the waiting time was for more than an hour.
