I cant seem to get views on items and cant seem to sell stuff. Even popular Items on eBay that I post for sale are the same thing. Any views that they do have are from me.
How can I get views and sell stuff?

You can compare your items to what has been sold recently on ebay if you want to price compare. For example you could search for paracord bracelets and on the left side of the search page under Show only, click on sold items and then search. You'll know that you are on the sold item page as the prices will be in green.
btw, you only have a few items listed and there are millions of listings on ebay. You can't expect your items to sell instantly...it does take time.

Some of your items are not selling because they are worth nothing. The computer parts you have listed need to be in a landfill as nobody wants that stuff because it is of no use in 2018. Your listings do not describe it at all and if someone that knows little about computers ends up buying it they will not be able to use it with anything and you will end up with a case against you.
The paracord bracelets have no measurements in the listing. Also you have called them "brackets" in the item title.
Also "worn a few times" does not count as "new other".

You need more feedback to start with.
around_again posted pdf charts for lettermail costs, study them.
I doubt most of your items weigh more than 100 grams.
The cost to mail a 23cm x 17 cm x 2cm 100 gram envelope to anywhere in Canada is $1.80 in stamps or $2.95 in stamps to USA or $5.90 in stamps to anywhere else. Your USA shipping costs are way out of line. Americans do not like shipping costs so keep them to a minimum without loosing anything.
We buy mint never hinged "P" stamps on ebay for about 50% of retail. This allows us to offer "free" shipping to Canada and USA on most of our items. Americans like free shipping. We still partially subsidize the shipping to overseas.
When they say 100 gram they mean up to and including 100 grams. 101 grams is the start of the next price level.
The envelope I am talking about is the padded yellow paper type size 0 from dollarama, they come in a 3 pack. They cost 47 cents each envelope after tax (in Manitoba). If need be like when we ship music cassettes we cut the envelope in half to ship one cassette so do the math. (cutting the envelope in half only cuts the cost of the envelope in half, not the postage cost)
Ebay also charges you 10% final value fee on domestic shipping costs you charge. So for example if you charged $1 to Canada and $5 to USA then ebay only charges you a maximum of 10% of $1 even on the $5 USA shipping cost for a total of 10 cents.
Don't be insulted by the good advice given by the last poster.

I have seen other people on ebay selling the exact same things. Look them up, you will find lots.
"Also you have called them "brackets" in the item title."
I did not see that. It auto corrected thinking I wanted it to say "brackets" , for some stupid reason!
"Also "worn a few times" does not count as "new other"."
Most are new, I was not sure what to put.
Thank you.

"I doubt most of your items weigh more than 100 grams."
They do actually, I took them to the post office and they were like over just a little.
"Your USA shipping costs are way out of line. Americans do not like shipping costs so keep them to a minimum without loosing anything."
I looked on the chart and it said that's how much (I added the tax) it would be for that weight.
"Don't be insulted by the good advice given by the last poster."
I'll try not! 🙂 I am new to this so sorry if what and how I am doing stuff is wrong but like I said, I am new.
Thank you.

At the moment, your 8 paracord bracelets does show on the first page, because it is a new item.
However this will drop fairly quickly. Note that a search on .CA for paracord bracelet returns 22,679 items.... so your item is going to disappear into the cloud of other offerings fairly quickly.
Many of the items showing before yours are multi-items which get much favoured viewing, and sponsored listings, which cost extra money to get the extra views.
As well as searching to see what the going price is for things, it probably also makes sense to see how much else of it is out there. Competing against 22,679 items is going to be a challenge for anyone....
PS Some believe it makes sense to put the most important keywords first to get better views in search results, so instead of your current title, try something like: Paracord bracelets, handmade, lot of 8 very colorful

"They do actually, I took them to the post office and they were like over just a little."
Make the envelope smaller. The envelopes we use (size 0 padded from dollarama) weigh 14 to 16 grams each depending on the batch. So if you can get away with half an envelope then thats 7 to 8 grams less. Also don't include any paperwork with items that cannot have the extra gram or 2 that an invoice can weigh.
Here is an example: Sold a newer intel core 2 quad cpu that someone still actually can use. Got $33.27 CAD for it. It weighs 23 grams. Have a used cardboard cd mailer from a cd I bought, weighs 75 grams $0 cost on the package. Put both on the scale and it weighs 98 grams and that is without trimming anything, could probably trim 10g easy off of it if needed. It's going to Denver so $2.95 in stamps and drop it in the nearest mailbox.
important helpful notes:
1. Domestic shipping was free so the final value fee on the $2.95 we charged for USA shipping is 0%.
2. Mailer fits through the 2cm slot (it must fit through or it "might" come back to you weeks later big hassle). For what it is the cd mailer is super heavy @ 75g
3. If you drop it into a mailbox then there is no initial slot for it to go through and no potential grouch behind the counter to try to enforce the 2cm rule. Only potential slots down the line within Canada. For other destinations once it is on the plane in Mississauga there is no more slot or scale to deal with.
4. If we did not have that free mailer then it would go in half a padded envelope which weighs 7g. 7+23= 30g
5. We send things all over the planet every day. In the 13 years of selling online only 2 times has something come back for insufficient postage. Both times they were going to quebec. We regularly send things that do not quite make it through the slot or might be a few grams over. With lettermail it just goes through if you avoid the post office and be a bit more careful with quebec.
