Can you tell me why an item is not showing up on .com in the search.

Can anyone tell me why an item is not showing up on .com in the search.   Billy Idol - Cyberpunk.   It shows up on .ca but not .com.  I do ship to the US and Canada.

It showed up on .com.  I don't know why it wasn't there first.
