On-time Delivery Guarantees has resumed for parcels shipped within Canada starting August 23, 2021.
Parcels shipped prior to August 23 will not qualify for the guarantee.
The On-time Delivery Guarantee will apply only to Canadian deliveries of Flat rate boxes, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost and Priority. International delivery guarantees remain suspended.
