Got my card from Canada Post in snail mail today. It is for a medium size flat rate box - value $23.00.

Special offers like this have always arrived as regular snail mail. The only emails I get from Canadapost are public bulletins relating to service delays, ad marketing and new stamp offerings.

It's a small holiday card sized envelope with a printed "stamp".

Got mine today.

Those advertising covers with specially designed "stamps" have a small but interested philatelic following. Not high value, but a good way to make friends.

I got one yesterday at my local postal outlet (last one in stock!). There a bit of a shortage of the prepaid boxes left over from Christmas. Definitely a nice freebie!
