I had a BIN item on today and and a Buyer in the UK bought it and I only ship to Canada & the USA. I went to the resolution centre to cancel it but the reason for I don't ship to the country option is gone only 3 reasons are left and the only one that I can use is problem with buyer's address the others are O/S. Is that the only one to use with out a defect. Why when some thing works fine they have to change it

Where did you see that the buyer was in the UK? The eBay ID will show registered in the UK but perhaps they were using a forwarding address of someone here in Canada or the USA. What is the address to ship to on the invoice?
PS Your topic title says auction, your post says BIN. Which is it? Was it auction with BIN or just a BIN?

It was just a BIN and the address shows in the UK not in the US or Canada and I don't ship there at all

It's a problem with the address.
