Change Curency USD to CAD not appear

Hello,

My ebay currency account is set to EUR devise. Want to change for CAD, but only "USD" value is proposed on the change selector.

Why is'nt possible to find CAD devise on the same selector ?

Are you logged into ebay.ca for ebay Canada?

Where are you trying to change it...on PayPal or eBay?  If ebay, are you trying to change it when you list, search or???

If you are talking about you BILLING currency then you have to call. Even if you find the link to change the currency it won't work.

If you are NOT talking about Billing Currency then please clarify.

Has you can see why is curency set EUR , I am not live in Europe anymore but canada !

Are all your addresses changed?

Are you presently logged into eBay.ca?

Have you set your currency view in search to CAD?

More importantly, are you talking about selling fees? Billing fees? Buying fees?

Find the link to switch billing currency (just above "What Will Happen"). Follow the link to make the change.

It's likely you will get an error when you try that so as previously advised you have may have to call eBay to make the change.

Thanks....i have take the Ebay aide Link for acces tout the change curency change page but the choice only propose me to switch from EUR to USD. howvever on this explain page Ebay Says that IT ils possible to change for CAD. I precise that i have no problem on Paypal site web. And i am correctly logged on ebay.ca.

This would suggest that you first registered with eBay while living in Europe.

The "change currency" function was designed for Canadian sellers wishing to change from US$ to Cdn$ or from Cdn$ to US$.

You will need to call eBay directly to get instructions how to change your billing currency from euro to Cdn$.

The change billing currency function has been around since before there was an eBay.ca, it has nothing specifically to do with Canadian sellers. The first eBay international sites were the UK, Australia and Germany.
