The postal system worldwide is the least expensive and most reliable method of shipping.

But with your product mix  and customer demographic, I would think very carefully about using tracking.

Tracking is very expensive, but if you don't use it and your customer claims he did not receive his purchase, you will have to refund his entire payment.

Personally, most of my items go without tracking and I rarely have problems, but the highest incarceration rate is among males 15 to 34. Does that overlap your customer base?

Small Packet Surface to the United States was dropped by Canada Post 5 or so years ago. Anything sent using Small Packet USA all go by air.

Yes, and eBay sellers should NEVER consider using this Small Packet Surface to send orders overseas. It takes approximately three months to deliver via this postal service and, due to it being untracked, leads only to pain and suffering (and refunds) for all involved.

Don't forget you lose the item at the same time full refund when the buyer claims never receive the item.  That is what tracking number for to protect yourself and ensure the item really arrived.
