Is eBay monitoring the ongoing forest fires in Canada and recent flooding in Quebec similar to how they deal with situations like Hurricane Debby in the USA. Issues are routinely reported in Canada but they never get the same attention/announcemnt. These situations can dramatically affect delivery times.
