EBAY For business contact information.

Hello

Dors anybody have the information for EBAY for business so I can contact real customer support to discuss a disputed claim?  Just had a EBAY find a dispute in a buyers favor after proof of delivery was provided.  Buyer filed a dispute with their financial institution as "transaction not recognized" and EBAYs phone support informed me I was on the hook for it because the financial institution found in the buyer's favor.

The phone reps do not work for eBay so don't bother with them. They work for a subcontractor out of Utah. (I've had a Blue tell me differently on the dotCOM Boards, but I am not convinced.)

Just in case anyone is curious...


This is what happened. Buyer from Calgary bought an item then requested cancel sale. Sale was cancelled and refunded. Item was relisted and then same buyer then once again purchased exact same item. Item was shipped Chit Chats tracked with final delivery by Intelcomm, also tracked. Item was delivered. Some time later buyer opens dispute with their bank saying "charge not recognized". EBAY requests tracking data  which was uploaded. Two months later dispute is found in favor of buyer. I contact customer service by phone and basically told to go pound salt.
My personal thought is that the buyer has possibly figured a scam using the original purchase and refunded item.  As the item was relisted under the same item number, it leaves it open to maybe someone "gaming" the system. Can't be sure, but maybe a possibility.  I will contact proper EBAY customer service tomorrow, maybe they can be of better assisstance.

eBay has reviewed your appeal for the payment dispute xxxxxxxxxx and has decided to protect you for this dispute. You have received a refund of C $43.91 for this dispute. No further action is needed from you at this point.
