EOA messages not coming through

I have had 3 notifications of Paypal payments today, only 2 have EOA notices, including one from 5 hours ago. Anyone else having problems?

Only had two sales this morning both before 9 AM Eastern. Both of them were as normal....

Have had MIAs much delayed or never arrive from time to time in the last few months....

Had a couple more sales a few minutes ago, all EOAs came through as normal....

Mine still haven't arrived. Very frustrating.

Just called eBay. What a surprised, they are having a glitch! They are going to send my notifications within 24-48 hours.
