Ebay not being fair to all sellers selling certain banned MTG cards!

Ebay is being prejudicial to certain sellers when it comes to same MTG card name "CRUSADE" which is banned, being removed from lot of sellers, but certain service agents allow other sellers to list the same named item. Ebay is not being fair to all sellers!!!!

What do you mean by banned?

eBay cannot remove items because they are banned from standard MTG rotation... There are still other format being played and also collectors that still want those cards.

A banned card from a MTG rotation should not be "banned" from being sold altogether.

Unless I miss something and Wizard of the Coast doesn't want to allow banned card from being sold? Which I would find very very weird.

Maybe it's the use of the word "banned"  in titles or description that causes problems?

Maybe the title and/or wording of some listings have a trigger that is causing them to be banned even though it's for the same card.

Unless everyone had the exact same title and description (which is unlikely and I believe there are different editions, etc.) the difference may be one small word the AI bots don't like??

From experience, I know that eBay's AI bots don't like any URL in the Description area. I had months old listings with URL info, for potential buyers to find the User's Manuals of the vintage watches I sell.

There was never a problem, until someday, around late February, I got messages from eBay informing of the removal of these listings. When I deleted the URLs, the listings were allowed to be relisted.
