I am THE SELLER...anyone experienced Ebay buyer dispute being step in without buyer knowledge?
Overnight while I was sleeping eBay step up a dispute (item not Arriving)..gave refund (Not an issue). within a 30 minute period. Now My seller peformance has a strike against it.. (I have it on Appeal). I had communicated to the buyer about Covid delays.
but eBay sends a message to me the seller.. that Buyer has asked to have ebay step in and make a desision.. This email told to me by eBay customer service is standard.. while incorrect.. This is unfair, In the past year ago this happened.. Then Until check my fees I found, eBay was charging another 5% below seller standards fee. on each sold item..
