I received this in my email but not in my Messages on eBay.

Thought I would try it a little bigger.  It's the first time I have done a screen shot.

I received it early Jan 25, and received an email and message from eBay later that day.

I ignored the propaganda, assuming it was initially from the typical promo lottery.
I converted my listings to CDN last April.

They are a little late in my opinion.  I converted mine, one at a time, without using the migration tool.  It took a long time but I finished it on Jan. 15.

I got it in my email.  Sometimes eBay send it to email only, other time to both, other time to message, just be glad you received it in either way.
