I just encountered a glitch on Ebay Canada's website that goes back to at least 2020 ( scrolled the forums for the problem).
My sales dropped recently, more than usual.
It turns out every single country outside of North America was exclude from shipping on my account. Even PO Boxes were excluded, yet every individual selling page was still showing the exclusion list from my last update.
I sold to England (which was excluded by the glitch) and to Germany even though I excluded it in my last update.
I attempted to update the list, but was given a "something went wrong, please try again later".
I've been using Microsoft Edge after having so many issues with Ebay Canada using Firefox. Strange as it seems, I switched to Firefox (where it still showed the same exclusions) and was able to fix it.
This isn't a rant, just a friendly note for those of you who are experiencing slower sales than usual. If so, check your exclusion list, it may be the problem.

I've had issues with my eBay exclusion list for years. Moreso since all this stuff was announced for shipping(packaging) to Germany followed by France. When I added Germany to my exclusion list, I still see older listings that show ship to Germany when I open to do random edits. Updating exclusions "appears" to only apply to NEW listings. As with most things eBay and browsers YOUR results may vary. I was also able to confirm this from items that have sold out to the blue to foreign countries. Buyers were able to put in cart and pay with no issues. Throw in eBay blocks(War involved countries) and it becomes even more confuzzling/unpredictable.

France is becoming the same as Germany? I'll look into that.
Thanks Lotz.
