How can I mail to a country I have blocked but agreed to mail for one item

I only ship to Canada and US but a buyer in Australia purchased a book somehow and then asked if I would ship to Australia. I agreed and sent the new invoice, but she is not allowed to purchase because it says I don't ship there. Anything I can do?

I think it's just a matter of adding the buyer's ID to your Buyer Requirements Exemption List.

I did not see Australia in your exclusion list, so they were ok to buy it but really leave themselves open to whatever for shipping charges.  

You can check that specific listing, but if Australia is not excluded, I do not think you need to do anything special, just ship it.
