Unfortunately eBay is only set up for 1 refund to a customer. Something I discovered recently. As per the agent I spoke with the buyer can open up a case (unsure which option they would choose. Limited choices.) If that doesn't work you would have to contact eBay customer service or use their Facebook/Twitter page to coordinate.
