How to get an ebay account manager?

What is the criteria for getting an ebay account manager? Someone to work with you and ensure the account grows. I am thinking this would be reserved for only strategic accounts? And what would be the criteria for becoming a strategic account?

Re: How to get an ebay account manager?

To the best of my knowledge sellers with Anchor and Enterprise accounts have "concierge" service as a perk.

An Anchor store has between 25,000 and 75,000 listings and costs $350 a month.

An Enterprisse store has between 100,000 and 200,000 listings and costs $3,000 a month.

So there's that.

I believe it is only the Enterprise accounts that have a "concierge" service.

I'm an anchor store and "all" I have access to in the current environment is seemingly vastly improved customer service reps, as opposed to lower store levels.

Otherwise if I have one, my "concierge" is ignoring me...... years ago we (Anchors) did have account managers they called me up a few times but that was a long time ago, probably 10 years......and even then they didn't really have anything to add to what I was doing, I'd been here for over 10 years by that time, often I had as much knowledge of how things worked as them if not more sometimes, especially with respect to my own "domain" (stamps).
