How to get the U.S.A. location for merchandise for a Canadian seller?

Hi there,

I am a Canadian seller who warehouses the merchandise in Buffalo, NY.

My U.S. friend ships out orders via USPS in accordance with my directions.

YEARS AGO, I tried to register my location in Canada, and list the merchandise as warehoused in Buffalo, NY. But eBay.com stubbornly mentioned that the merchandise was located in Toronto, Canada.

To overcome this "wrong location" issue, I got a U.S. mail address and opened a U.S. bank account.

Nowadays, everyone knows about "fulfilled by Amazon" and similar services, when a seller is located in Canada or another country, and the company which fulfills her orders is located in the USA.

Could somebody tell me, if eBay.com resolved this issue?

I'm not Tyler but if the problem was the item location on the listing itself,   you should be able to change that yourself on the listing form. It doesn't have to be your location.

You can also change your primary shipping address including changing the country by going to account / addresses/ship from address
