I can not see Zero Insertion Fee promotion extension in my account

Hi,

I saw message about Zero Insertion Fee promotion extension but I can not see it in eBay Seller Hub.

In eBay Seller Hub saw only:  Basic Store Subscription – 350 Fixed Price Listings.

Has anyone the same problem?

I notice you are in Greece.

That might be the reason.

Or you are not yet in Managed Payments, or eBay has not yet extended the program to Greek sellers.

Looking at a sample listing, I see that you are in Managed Payments.

EBay uses promotions for the benefit of eBay.

By the way, you can have a No Returns policy, but you cannot have a No Refunds policy.

You list on .com so you should have 1000 listings with a basic store.  You are on eBay.ca right now so the terms here are different.  You will need to sign out of this site and sign back into the eBay.com site.

ebay cheats and lies again!

After receiving email from ebay, I relisted 1,440 listings on ebay.ca and was rewarded ~190 euro for listing insertion fees!

All months of this year it was really free!
But in November, ebay was tricked into receiving almost 200 euro !

with an address located in Canada? I do not see this in the post from ebay !!!!

I have roughly 1440-1450 listings on ebay Canada. All this year, these listings were listed on ebay.ca for free ( Zero Insertion Fee up to 100,000 listings )

On 11-Nov-2021 I received the following message on ebay.ca:

Okay, I am not changing anything and the listings are automatically listed on November 25th. However on November 26th I see the fees for these listings are ~ 182 €

Thus, (1) either ebay lies and deceives sellers Or  (2) this amount should be returned to me!

After a conversation with seller support service  & ebay chat - promised me to return the entire amount insertion fees , but at the moment they only returned a part (probably full amount is not available to ebay 😂

This promotion like almost all of them is only open to sellers who reside and are registered in Canada.

You are registered in Latvia and do not qualify!

Who is eligible?

It isn't a scam. There is a link on that announcement with the terms and conditions which mentions the address in Canada requirement.  But I can understand how it can be confusing if you previously received the extra listings.
