I've had enough.

This is the worst company ever. I've been a seller for many years and pay thousands in fees every year. I needed assistant and contacted eBay via the chat function every time when I ask to speak to management they acknowledge but left me there waiting for half an hour or more. Every time no reply afterwards and no solution. When nothing happens eBay happily pocket the fees and when something happens no one can help and extremely rude!

What are you having trouble with? Maybe someone here on the boards can provide some assistance.

 

Have you tried an alternate form of contacting the customer help representatives? I find messaging them via the "eBay for Business" Facebook page to give me the best results.

With just over 500 listings you could probably move  your Store subscription from Premium to Basic.

Use a monthly payment which is slightly more expensive but allows you to cancel or change your subscription at no charge.

We have so many Free Listings  promotions these days there doesn't seem to be any reason to pay more than $28 a month.

You could also try using the very slow but apparently more effective Chat instead of trying to talk to the poor sods on the phones.

They appear to be undertrained and to have little authority. They also mostly want to get you off the phone and on to another call so they can fill their quota.

Terrible job- you have to feel sorry for them.  But they are not usually helpful.
