If you sell under 3 different ID's - do you have to register every one for MP?

YES.... but they will ask you to register your separate accounts at different times.

I checked and the last thing I received was in April and it says to wait.

If ebay has not "requested" you register your other IDs then I don't think you are required to register them right now. Even if you wanted to register them all just to get it over with .... can you/we register without an invite? Another question ... are we allowed to receive deposits from multiple IDs into one bank account?

Hopefully they will allow it all to go into one account.  It all goes into paypal.

YES, only one bank account is needed for multiple accounts.

Only one of my selling id's has been invited, it happens to be my primary one but I'm not sure if that is the reason since all the id's basically are identical except for the names (Site Preference settings, Categories etc.)

Only my primary one has been invited (forced) to register.  The other 2 only have about 20 items listed in each one and I have not been invited on those.

Two of my accounts have been forced to register (yes, I'm bitter).

I was allowed to use different bank accounts for each.

At different banks.

With different account holders.
