Anyone else still having this problem? I list a lot of items on .Com and those listings are mainly 1 day delivery but are now showing Same Day Delivery. I’ve even tried changing some to 2 day but makes no difference. It does seem that the listings on .ca in Cdn dollars are now seem okay but the .com ones are not. This is happening on my store ID and on my non-store ID as well. Happening when I check on .com and on .ca, also on my PC and my mobile device.

Normally, wouldn’t bother me too much but shipping so slow now with Covid-19 and wouldn’t you know, I have orders for Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Alaska today!

Just as an fyi...I checked a few of your listings and msmaggie's listing and it seems that it only shows same day shipping to buyers in Canada. When I use a location in the US or overseas, I didn't see same day shipping on any of the listings.

Hi Tyler, it might help IT to narrow down the problem if they know it only seems to affect the listing if a buyer is in the same country. Even though these listings originate on .com, it is showing 'same day shipping' on the listings to buyers in Canada, not in the US. That seems to be the case when viewing the listing on .com or on .ca.

Hi pj and tyler, I am wondering if the problem could also be category specific? I list mostly in Crafts and all those are showing the Same Day Shipping but I have one item not under Crafts and it seems to be okay.

It isn’t just Craft specific. I checked one or 2 of your listings in home and garden, collectibles, dolls and clothing and they showed same day shipping. The listings that originated on .ca — Coins and some of the craft listings do not have same day shipping.

Hi pj, yes you’re right, I forgot about some of those items that have been hanging around and aren’t craft items specifically. I checked some of them and yes, they also show the Same Day Shipping. They were listed on .com, the Item listed under Paper Money was listed on .ca.
