i never got my order   i waited  and he made up a stry when it was sent  he was wrong

bought july 31 st    he said  aug4

still watting  as of   aug 12th     plus i questioned him about the printing

he said how do you know any ways   HA HA

EBAY KEEPS   SAYING WAIYE LONGER   GAVE ME 2 OTHER DATES TO WAITE FOR 

 the seller does nothing      just lies and rude comments       ha ha  remarks

he should be banned    or live up to his mess lies

When you purchased the item, there was an estimated delivery date range in the listing.  Is it now past the last estimated date of delivery?

Just sit tight and be patient. If the last estimated delivery date has passed, then file an item not received case and get your money back. If the print arrives and it is clearly not as described, then file a not as described case and get your money back. There's no reason to have any further contact with the seller.

I have been selling by mail order since the 1970s.

It routinely takes up to 30 days for delivery by mail from or to the USA.

Usually it is faster, but three weeks is nothing unusual.

I ordered a dress from New York City on July 31 which arrived yesterday. Normal.

Your seller would have used Tracked Shipping. Normally I do not advise watching tracking, but if you have a number, you know it is on its way.

If you see it has been Delivered to an Illinois address - DON'T PANIC!

The seller is using eIS which is a freight forwarder set up by eBay.
