Markdown manager glitch come back again

Hi there 

My problem with markdown manager its back .The sales that i created dont last more than one or two days . My sales are created for a month and i should not have to re-do them every day .

Can you please check on this

I am not experiencing this problem. 

Sales reset themselves (i.e. turn off) if you adjust handling time and other areas of the listing that you might not be aware of. Have you recently changed your handling times? Shipping terms? All these things will knock off your current markdowns on those items. Which is the reason the new Markdown Manager has the check box to prevent it.

Hi no i didnt change nothing .I had this problem on and off since October 2017.Its look like glitch in the system .Waiting for tech support to call me . Hope they fix this .

That’s unfortunate. I don’t have the same problematic experience with it, it seems to work for me as intended.
