After bringing this to the attention of customer service they have said there's a current technical issue with promotions. They are going to prioritize my problem. Not great timing considering Christmas is in 3 weeks. You may want to verify your promotional markdown prices are showing up in your listings. I'm not sure if cancelling them and relaunching new ones will help. That's "chat" for you. Sometimes customer service "chat" is ok but in this case wish I'd have phoned.
