No way to contact buyer all afternoon. Can't reply to their message, cant message through 'contact member' link. Nothing Another major glitch on a multi billion dollar tech site.
Tracking numbers periodically disappearing ......an intermitant issue for the last few months.
Tracking not updating on Ebay's site.......only about 25% of the time does tracking fully update to show delivered. It usuallly stops updating before delivery scan. This problem has be ongoing for well over a year now. And now sellers are losing INR cases because of it.

Urgent please. + See above. These types problems have been cropping up lately when you try to message US sellers. Contact seller from listing won't work. You have to use Feedback page contact seller link.
If a US seller attempts same with a Canadian Seller there "were" no issues from previous info from sellers in doing a reverse test. Was hoping this would resolve on its own. It appears to have prospered and gotten worse.
In attempting to send another recent message received broken link error message multiple times. Back button has been flakey as well. (Sorry. Did not screenshot any of these observations.) As per always, milage may vary.

Sample error messages that has been displaying when you click on link on hub page to answer messages or contact a US seller.
According to the hub page the applicable message is still recent.

Hi Tyler,
the matter resolved late yesterday evening. I had the same problem on 2 different browsers i tried. On one, i simply got a page display error. On Edge i got a wierd message i had never seen before but was probably Microsoft's equivelent of a page display error. It was something along the lines of a Network timeout or something like that.
Was not a problem with my internet connection as everything else was working normally. I think it was an ebay.ca problem because i was still able to send messages to people who had purchased from me on .com using the 'contact buyer' link. But all attempts to respond to messages, contact potential buyers through the 'contact member' link, which go through ebay.ca, were not working.
