I have recently noticed that when I print out the Paypal packing slip that there is unnecessary information now being printed at the top and bottom. The top has the information that is usually at the top of Paypal pages, et. My Account Summary, Activity, Send and Request, etc. and the bottom of the page has text that is usually found at the bottom, eg. Help, Contact, Security.
This extra info is cluttering up the packing slip. Has anyone else noticed this? It is a nuisance to have to cut this off before putting the slip in the parcel.

Bingo! what you show is what I get also. However, I only print Page 1 and I also DO NOT have headers and footers enabled, but all that extra stuff still prints out anyway....

I'm using their most recent design, I don't recall exactly when it was last changed, think it was probably last summer or fall this latest layout appeared.
To access that transaction details page I just click on a transaction in the Activity section, same as usual.

It seems they're serving at least two different page layouts, most of the elements are common to both but they are arranged very differently.
Looking back at the transaction details screenshot I posted I nottice the issue refund button was absent, yet I just now opened the same transaction and found the refund button was there ... strange.

That's a crazy weird rendering! Looks like somebody messed with the code and didn't check brrowser compatability very well. I don't get that using edge or chrome. What browser is producing that mess?

I forgot to mention it's perfectly clear that this problem has nothing to do with the print headers and footers setting ... some browser(s) are obviously not rendering the page as the designer intended.

I was using Firefox. I’m on my iPad now and just checked using Safari and I got the same result as I did on Firefox.

Well, I heard back from Tech Support at Paypal and they said they had fixed the problem. It seems to be working again the way it should. The last packing slip I printed off did not have the header and footer and I did not have to do anything to my printer.

Yes I noticed several days ago that all was good with the PP packing slips....
but am still very annoyed that PayPal denied any problem on their end...
All their communications with me were a denial of any problem on their end...insisted that this was a problem on my end.
