PayPal shipping not working

We are having PayPal shipping problem with "Connection Interrupted", started yesterday. Tried from several browsers and several computers, went over Java update and computer reboot with PayPal support with no effect.

Anyone else seeing this? Can someone confirm PayPal shipping works for you today ?

I was also charged even though the label failed to print. As others have mentioned, that isn't the norm. Usually if the label doesn't print, there's no charge.

PayPal seems to be updating the web site today. A new design for the front page has appeared since I started having this problem this morning. Maybe some change has messed up the shipping label feature. I'll wait a few hours and try printing again.

Well what a ripoff. Al that was happening was "Connection Interrupted" when trying to print. Then after I kept trying it finally went through but said I had reprinted the label too many times so too bad the only option is to void it. The next day I tried one last time and it said the same thing so I voided it. This was an expedited parcel to usa.

I was lucky to have a sale so there was enough $ to buy a new label $17.51. Still have to wait 3 weeks for the refund of the old one.

Been through this before. There is no point calling paypal since they are a call center somewhere in india and will just tell me that it is my computer or printer that is at fault like they did last time.

Just like with any other issue, they just try to pass the buck.

Call center in India. I always seemed to get someone in the USA when I called. At least it was not like eBay customer support. PayPal customer support was in clear English, no accent, they knew what they were doing and solved whatever issue i was having in a few minutes. I was not calling about PayPal labels though.

Anyone using Firefox having any luck these past 2 days printing labels?

I use Firefox and only had one problem, up front, then I was fine for the few labels I needed.

Not sure what you mean by "up front" but I gather then that it's working now without errors?

I forget, it was Sunday, I think. I got the not working, backed out, closed Paypal, went back in and did labels Sunday, Monday, one today with no problems. About 11 in a row over three days.

PayPal shipping is still not working. It has been 5 days now. I get the same interruption message. I void the labels and ship with Canada Post ship- in- a- click at a higher price. Every ebay transaction costs me money. I have had a conversation with a PayPal  specialist and was told the technicians were working on it.    March 19/14 7 pm

well they are working on it but not quick enough. it has been several months now and problem persist. we are in May now, just lost £4.75 (I am in UK) and postage label wouldn't print due to interrupted connection whatever pop-up window would not display the label. ebay labels print OK. I lost so much money already due to this and I am not sure if Royal Mail refunds every time? I am worried that they don't and can't keep the track of unprinted labels because there is just too many I print.
