You do not meet the minimum requirement of 140mm (you only show 110 or 11cm)

Change the first measurement to 140 and it should work.

...and yes, when entering your measurement, Canada Post website accepts them!

11x11 is too small. It is below minimum dimensions.

Im trying to print another label for US

30cm x 10cm x 10cm

1.3 kg

It will not accept these dimension via expedited parcel.

If this wouldn't go via EP, which would it go?

Do I just have to keep enlarging the dimension until it will accept it?

Thanks

It's a good idea to note the dimensions for different CP services.

Canada Post Expedited within Canada - minimum dimension of 10cm x 7cm x 1 mm
Canada Post Expedited to USA - minimum dimensions of 21 x 14 x 0.5 CM.

Canada Post Xpresspost to USA has minimum dimensions of 21 x14 x 1 cm

Small packet air to U.S. & International min. dimensions of 14cm x 9cm x 1mm

Tracked packet - minimum dimensions are same as small packet

Is there any other service that would accept the true dimensions of this package?

Small packet and Tracked packed both have a max of 1kg and can't think of any other Canada Post service for the U.S.  I would just add 4 cm to the second measurement...I can't see it being a problem.

No, there is not. Simply lie, or make the parcel bigger.

Altering the dimensions to make it work is called a "work around".
