I signed up for a Basic store subscription a couple of weeks ago. It was my understanding that this included a $35 quarterly shipping supplies coupon on the eBay Shipping Supplies Canada store.

After receiving no such coupon I reached out to eBay for Business on Facebook asking where I could find the coupon and received this response:

Looks like for Canada, only we've discontinued the shipping credit. You can check on the befits through https://www.ebay.ca/sub/subscriptions here for more information. Once on that page, click manage subscription, and you'll see all the benefits.

Sure enough, if you follow the link there is no mention of a shipping supplies credit. Was this announced at some point and I just missed it? Are people still getting the credit?

If this is true I'm really upset - I was really looking forward to getting some discounted eBay branded shipping supplies; without the credit the price of these items is ridiculous.

It looks to me like you're in between quarterly payments, (end of Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec). So the next one would be for you end of June. I don't know what happens if you start in between coupons. You might get one in July (for the June one) or you might have to wait until after your first full quarter so you'd see it in early October for the September quarter end.

PS And yes we Canadians get them.....

I hope that's just the case... although that isn't really specified anywhere.

And I'm still mildly concerned that it isn't specified as a benefit on the Subscription page (you'd think it would be...).

velvet@ebay jasmen@ebay are you able to confirm that the quarterly coupon has not been discontinued for Canadian store subscribers (new or existing), and possibly provide some insight regarding how the issuing of coupon codes works for people that subscribe in the middle of a quarter? Thanks in advance.

I haven't had a Store for a long time but when I did the coupons were issued Jan 1, April 1, July 1 & Oct 1.

I've seen people post that were having trouble finding the link but it's there somewhere.

Try looking for it via "manage my Store" -> Subscriber discounts.

If you just subscribed your first coupon probably won't show up until July 1st

It's possible its under the umbrella of the following. See screenshot. Just not documented there very well.
