British buyer opens an item not received complaint. Tracking shows item successfully delivered. Item sent to correct address shown on eBay and PayPal. Is it my responsibility if the item was maybe stolen off the buyers front porch? Just curious.
If the customer leaves negative feedback, which he can't if he loses the Dispute, you can Respond "Delivered March31/20 + tracking number" and those few buyers who read FB will feel happier about buying from you.
